Pip, a little penguin who dreams of adventure, lives in a big, icy place called Antarctica. While the other penguins are a bit scared of big adventures, Pip’s Grandma tells him that being brave means trying even when you feel a little scared. One day, Pip decides to climb Perilous Peak to see the Sparkling Summit. On his way, he meets Barnaby Seal, who has lost his favorite shiny pebble. Pip also sees some fluffy snow bunnies who are scared of a slippery ice puddle. Pip helps the bunnies by showing them how to take tiny, careful steps. He realizes that being brave means helping others and facing your own worries. Suddenly, Pip hears a loud trumpet! It’s Ellie the Elephant, who has somehow wandered all the way to Antarctica! Ellie is very sad because she misses her warm home and her friends. Pip, remembering his Grandma’s words, decides to help Ellie. He leads her carefully across the ice, showing her how to take small steps, just like he showed the bunnies. Together, they reach the Sparkling Summit, where Pip sees that the best treasures are the kind things you do and the courage you find when you help others. Ellie is happy to have made a new friend and Pip learns that even the biggest challenges can be overcome with a little bravery and a lot of kindness.
